Drums of War


A new war is brewing on the horizon, one the likes of which has never been seen before. Its been five years since the Cutler Beckett’s victory and the final stand of the Pirates versus the British Navy. Cutler Beckett has continued his endless raid to cause the total destruction of the Pirate race.

They're savages! Savages!
Barely even human
Savages! Savages!
Drive them from our shore!

The heathen goddess of the sea, Calypso, is still angry over the betrayal of her council, and has decided to reap her revenge. The seas have become deadly for any pirate, while the British Navy is granted safe passage. Many pirates who have not already walked to the gallows or been killed by Calypso are beginning to join the British in the destruction of their own kind in exchange for a pardon.

They're not like you and me
Which means they must be evil
We must sound the drums of war!

Now the nine pirate lords are being forced into a losing battle against an adversary with twice their power and the goddess of the sea herself on the British’s side.

They're different from us
Which means they can't be trusted
We must sound the drums of war

Now, it is up to you to chose. Will you remain loyal to your side? Or will something drive you elsewhere?
